I am a huge fan of the GNU/Linux operating systems, specially of the Debian and Arch Linux distributions, but also of others like Fedora and OpenSUSE. I am a supporter of free software according to the definition of the Free Software Foundation and, therefore, I try that the most quantity of the software of the computers I administrate are free-as-in-freedom. I consider privacy to be a fundamental human right. That's why I try to help projects which aim is facilitating people access to online privacy like, for example, the Tor project, running a tor relay (view its information at: Globe // Atlas // Torstatus).
Core values I appreciate
- Content over chrome.
- KISS (keep it short and simple), and not complicate or obfuscated.
- Speaking about software: open and free (as in freedom).
- Better small utilities that do only one job but do it well than big ones that make a lot of jobs but do it half-way and not in a complete efficient way.
